This cannot be performed as an update, you must uninstall the game and run the newest version of the installer.
Changes include:
-Proper support for higher game resolutions
-Online Multiplayer through CnCNet
-Updated installer and update system
-Updated game launcher, including options to configure the game settings directly from the launcher
